All orders from EU Countries will be charged a flat rate of £9.99.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 28 days from the date of delivery and we will do all we can to try and solve the problem. Refunds will be given for items returned within 28 days from receipt date. Return postage costs will be borne by the buyer.

We are unable to accept any exchange or a return for a refund if there are any marks or scratches ion the item. This does not apply to items delivered faulty. Items should be returned to us in its sold condition.

If the item is delivered as faulty (defective during transit), the problem needs to be reported to us within 5 working days from delivery date.

Devices come with One Year warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Warranty is covered only for the main product and not for its associated gifts or enclosed accessories (unless otherwise specified).
